Michalene was a classmate at Carbondale Community High School in Carbondale Illinois. She was a true light who loved her family very much. She will be missed terribly by all who had the privilege to know her. Fly high with the angels… until we meet again ❤️

my grandmother was a very kindhearted, strong, and beautiful person she always showed love to all of her grandchildren, she was very caring no matter what, and did anything she could to put a smile on our faces, from all the times she would put and band aid on our boo boos, to the times she gave us medicine, no matter if she was sick herself she would always put us first, she will be missed and we love her forever

Michalene was always so loving and kind hearted. She reminded me so much of my own mother… just selfless. I always feel the best angels are called way too early. The sorrow at Michalene’s passing is not something I can put into words. My prayers and love go out to her family and friends at this most painful and challenging time.
