Aaron Vincenti Conyers Sr.

April 15, 1966~December 07, 2024

Aaron Vincent Conyers, born on April 15, 1966, to the late Zola Mae McCloud and John Lee Conyers Sr. in Tampa, Florida, transitioned to eternal rest on December 7, 2024, surrounded by love and cherished memories. Aaron was a man of boundless energy and passion, a free spirit who embraced life with enthusiasm and joy. He was known for his love of family, his passion for sports, and his zest for living life to the fullest.

A proud graduate of Tampa Bay Tech High School, Aaron was a familiar and beloved presence in his community. He had a lifelong love for motorcycles, and anyone who knew him could see the excitement he felt when riding. His passion for sports was equally deep, whether he was watching a game or playing one himself. Aaron’s spirit was fueled by his devotion to living fully, finding joy in every aspect of life.

Professionally, Aaron made his mark with a career at the Mosaic. His artistry was matched only by his love for music, which was a constant source of comfort and inspiration throughout his life. Music was Aaron’s way of expressing his soul, a rhythm that helped him navigate both the highs and lows of life.

Above all, Aaron was a devoted father. He leaves behind his children: Rodney Addison Sr. (Shayla), Valerie Conyers (Brian), Marquettia Conyers, Jasmine Conyers, and Araneisha Conyers. His love for them knew no bounds, and his legacy continues in their lives. He was also a proud grandfather to Radeja Addison, Rodney Addison Jr., Rashaad Addison, and Amiaya Fedrick, whose laughter and joy will forever remind us of his love.

Aaron was a cherished brother to Gwendolyn Conyers and Bobby Conyers, and he held dear the bonds of friendship that enriched his life. He will be deeply missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including special mention of the McCloud, Stubbs, Long, and Carnegie families. His godmother, Melinda Hayes, and his godfamily—Pamela Hayes, Kenyetta Mallory, Keenan Mallory (Nicorya), and Keareya Wynn—were a constant source of love and support in his life.

Aaron was preceded in death by his parents, Zola Mae McCloud and John Lee Conyers Sr., his brothers Richard McCloud and John “Shrimpy” Conyers Jr., his sister Lorraine Conyers, his daughter Marquettia Conyers, his son Aaron Conyers Jr., and his grandson Nazir Fedrick. Their spirits now rest with him, forever in his heart.

Aaron’s legacy lives on in the love he gave to his children, the joy he shared with his friends, and the way he brightened the world with his presence. His laughter, kindness, and warmth touched everyone he met, and his memory will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him.

May we cherish Aaron’s memory in our hearts, remembering the unique light he brought into this world. Though he has left this earth, Aaron Vincent Conyers will never be forgotten. Rest in peace, beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend.
